• What is included: Each listing indicates the scope of the service (e.g., briefing, route, equipment). Items not stated in the listing are not included.

For distance contracts, the required set of information is provided before the contract is concluded, including seller identity details, as required by Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX (зі змінами; редакція від 02.03.2026).

4. Reservation changes, cancellations, and no-shows

The terms for changing or cancelling reservations (including any deadlines and possible fees) are shown on the booking page for the specific tour/rental. If no specific terms are displayed for a particular listing, we will apply the most suitable approach consistent with consumer protection rules and the information provided before the contract.

• Changes: Subject to availability; we may offer an alternative time/date.
• Cancellation: Subject to the listing’s stated policy; we may withhold costs actually incurred.
• No-show: May result in forfeiture of the reservation, subject to the applicable policy displayed at booking.

5. Using the website and attending tours

• You must provide accurate information for the reservation.
• You are responsible for arriving on time and following the safety briefing and instructions.
• Equipment use is subject to the rules described at the start of the tour/rental and to any local traffic/safety regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aspireopsnet.com is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather or road conditions, closures, or actions of third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it is prohibited by law.
